The North York Moors Coast and Hills LEADER Programme is holding a number of events later this month for local groups to find out more about the funds we have available to support Rural Services projects in the area over the next 18 months. Each event has been specifically planned to be short in terms of a formal presentation, but following this there will be an opportunity for anyone with a potential project to chat with officers about their ideas.
We’ll explain more at our events, but we are ideally looking for capital projects which are ready to go and which can be completed by March 2019. A wide range of projects have the potential to be funded from community buildings wishing to develop to offer new / additional services, to community play areas and initiatives to encourage more visitors to towns and villages in the area.
Details of the three events are as follows:
• Tuesday 26 September, Hinderwell Village Hall, 7pm
• Wednesday 27 September, Springboard Business Centre, Stokesley, 2pm
• Thursday 28 September, North York Moors National Park Offices, Helmsley, 10am
If you would like to come along to find out more you would be very welcome, and if you can also help by circulating this through your networks it would be very much appreciated.
Booking for all three events is essential: e: email@example.com t: 01439 772700. Alternatively, if you are unable to attend but would like to chat, please contact Amy Thomas via the details above.
