Local doctors and members of general practice in the Vale of York are inviting the local community to its fourth Annual General Meeting.
Patients and members of the public who attend the meeting will hear an overview of the local health and care system’s operational and financial performance during 2016-17.
The formal meeting will reflect on the previous year’s performance of both our local health and care system and the CCG’s work as lead commissioner for the area.
There will be an opportunity following the meeting to have a cup of tea and chat to local GPs and senior members of the CCG.
To register a place at the meeting please email firstname.lastname@example.org or phone 01904 555 870.
Members of the public can submit a question in advance of the meeting. The deadline for questions is 12 noon on Monday 18 September.
