Our Employment Advice Service (EAS) with qualified HR professionals has a long established reputation.

Each year the service responds to hundreds of requests for advice and support through our telephone helpline, email or meeting on site.
We can advise and support a range of issues:

• Providing HR training for line managers
• Developing an appraisal scheme
• Help with carrying out an organisation restructure
• Developing job descriptions and person specifications
• Assisting with recruitment and selection
• Developing policies, procedures and employee contracts of employment
• HR administration

Packages and pricing structures are available on a pay-as-you-go basis or as part of a contract for on-going assistance. We charge an hourly rate for general support and we tailor charges for bespoke services.
