Funding to support community mental health in Scarborough, Whitby & Ryedale
Funding has been made available by NHS England until March 2024 as part of the national Transforming Community Mental Health Programme.
Community Mental Health Transformation funding between £500-£2000 is available to invest in approaches that will enable people with or at risk of a serious mental illness, and/or their families/carers, to access information and/or support. The funding may be used to deliver a project based in any of the four areas:
- Scarborough Core Primary Care Network area
- Filey and Scarborough Primary Care Network area
- North Riding Primary Care Network area
- Whitby, Coast and Moors Primary Care Network area
This opportunity has been designed on behalf of the SWR CMHT group, and will be overseen by, a representative cross sector group with people with lived experience participation throughout.
