Does your organisation need to raise its profile through social media? Do you want to understand which type of social media is best for you? This practical introduction to using social media for your organisation will enable you to promote your activities and serve your communities.
Who should attend?
Suitable for anyone with little experience of using social media.
Delegates should bring their own smart phone or tablet for the practical element of the session.
What will I learn?
By the end of the workshop you will:
- Know the benefits of the different social media platforms
- Understand what each of them can do for you
- Decide which platform suits you and your organisation
- Have more confidence to use your chosen platform

This event is free to organisations in North Yorkshire with an income of up to £5K thanks to funding from North Yorkshire County Council.
There is a high demand for this event. If you fail to attend without giving 7 days cancellation notice you will be invoiced for our standard event rate of £24 (£20 + VAT).
Places for other organisations are £24 each (£20 + VAT).
