Northallerton: Finance for Trustees

Do you want to be more confident when looking at your board’s financial reports? Are you unsure what should be in your financial procedures? Is it clear to you what your financial responsibilities are as a trustee? Finance for Trustees will give trustees/directors a basic understanding of the financial management of their organisation, and of their legal responsibilities.
Who should attend?
Suitable for both new and experienced trustees.
What will I learn?
- Legal responsibilities of trustees and company directors, in relation to finance.
- Financial reports and what they should tell you.
- Financial procedures, including reserves policy.
- What to do when things go wrong
You will have the chance to raise any questions you may have, and will be signposted to other financial resources.

This event is free to organisations in North Yorkshire with an income of up to £5K thanks to funding from North Yorkshire County Council.
There is a high demand for this event. If you fail to attend without giving 7 days cancellation notice you will be invoiced for our standard event rate of £24 (£20 + VAT).
Places for other organisations are £24 each (£20 + VAT).
