Ripon: Succession Planning

Even the most successful organisation needs to plan for the future. Key roles within the organisation need to be filled as people move on. This workshop will help you to plan and ensure there are people who can continue the good work currently being delivered by your organisation.
We will discuss what to do if you run out of successors as well as developing your existing most valuable assets – your people.
Who should attend?
Suitable for anyone currently within a managerial or governance role currently.
What will I learn?
By the end of the workshop you will have:
- Identified key people and have a development plan for them
- Designed a strategic plan for long term succession
- Created an action plan for short term crisis

This event is free to organisations in North Yorkshire with an income of up to £5K thanks to funding from North Yorkshire County Council.
There is a high demand for this event. If you fail to attend without giving 7 days cancellation notice you will be invoiced for our standard event rate of £24 (£20 + VAT).
Places for other organisations are £24 each (£20 + VAT).
