EVENT AIMS AND SUMMARY:
North Yorkshire Volunteer Network (VNet) is a safe place to bring challenges and is a friendly group with peer support at its heart. The meeting and its members provides a round up of all the latest news and opportunities for the sector both locally and nationally. We will research and deliver on subjects highlighted by each group, and invite specialist speakers on occasion to expand our knowledge in an ever changing sector.

Volunteer managers and Volunteer coordinators in the Scarborough district.
WHAT WILL PARTICIPANTS LEARN?
This month’s topic is Volunteer Wellbeing and Avoiding Burnout. Through workshop discussion we will explore how to look after your volunteers and avoid volunteer burnout. With a focus on best practise, reward and recognition, flexibility & keeping volunteering fresh.
