Salary Circa £30,000 (pro rata – negotiable based on experience)
This is an exciting opportunity to join our high performing charity taking responsibility for all our services in Harrogate. These include Shared Lives as well as community support. You will work with a team of Service Managers and Support Co-ordinators to deliver personalised services to our customers and develop and improve service delivery. You will also join our strategic Senior Management Team, helping to shape the future of the organisation.
You will be required to build good relationships with service commissioners (Local Authority, NHS and other local agencies) to promote Avalon services and build on our excellent reputation. Setting business development targets and monitoring achievements is key to this role, together with the necessary drive and commitment to actively generate new business.
As Registered Manager you will be responsible for service quality and CQC compliance within the locality, and must have experience of working at a management level within a social care environment and a demonstrable working knowledge of relevant legislation and social care standards.
Excellent IT skills and use of a vehicle for business use are essential.
