We give people the knowledge and the confidence they need to find their way forward – whoever they are, and whatever their problem. We help with everything from money issues to problems at work, housing to consumer rights.
The Training and Development Manager is responsible for assessing, planning, developing and managing training for both Staff and Volunteers across the organisation, as well as developing services and funding sources to provide them. The role will be required to function as necessary in all locations that CACHD operates.
Funding: This role is funded from our core funding from North Yorkshire County Council and Harrogate Borough Council
Location: At our offices in Harrogate (HG1 5LX) and Skipon (BD23 1FJ)
Hours: 30 hours per week (4 days – Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday)
Salary: £27,500 FTE based on 37.5 hours per week
Pension: We operate the NEST Pension Scheme
Contract: Permanent Contract
