The WorkPlace Leeds IPS employment team deliver the Individual Placement Support model to find sustainable, competitive employment for people with severe and enduring mental health difficulties. As an IPS Team Leader you will be central in providing the direction and motivation for your team to positively impact people’s lives every day.
The Team Leader will lead a team of Employment Specialists, providing supervision, training and mentoring to deliver on KPI’s and targets for Leeds Mind and our commissioners. The Team Leader will provide a pivotal role in managing a high-quality service that meets fidelity standards and delivers positive outcomes for clients. This includes being embedded and co-locating within partner organisations e.g. Leeds and York Partnership Foundation Trust Community Mental Health teams.
Essential Skills and Experience:
- Performance management and coaching staff
- Working in an employment environment
- Working in a multi-disciplinary team
- Working positively with people from diverse backgrounds
- Understanding of the challenges faced by people experiencing mental health difficulties
- Experience of managing multiple priorities
Hours – Full Time (37 hours per week)
Scale – NJC Scale SO2 points 26 to 28. Salary increases to point 28 (top of scale) incrementally on an annual basis
Salary – £30,451 per annum. Salary increases to £32,234 (top of scale) incrementally on an annual basis.
Contract – Permanent
