We support the people of Leeds to discover their own resources to ‘recover’ from periods of poor mental health, and to live life independently with their mental health condition.

This exciting new project has been introduced to create a blueprint for shaping how people with mental health conditions are supported to achieve financial wellbeing. From October 2021 to March 2022 Leeds Mind will trial a delivery model, the ambition is for this then to be rolled out more widely across England and Wales.
As a Project Facilitator you will test out new materials and content with key audiences. You will review findings and feed this into the national pilot. Previous experience of service design and co-production will be advantageous in this role.
Essential Skills and Experience:
- Knowledge and understanding of mental health, and the barriers that people face to achieving mental wellbeing
- Knowledge and understanding of money advice eg. benefits, debt, budgeting
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills including report writing and presentations
- Experience of engaging and working with service users and partners to develop and co-produce services
- Living our core values every day
Hours – 21 hours per week.
Scale – NJC Scale 5 points 12 to 17 (starting at point 12).
Salary – £22,183 – £24,491 pro rata per annum (starting at £22,183 pro rata).
Contract – Fixed Term initially for 6 months.

The role is based at De Lacey House, Abbey Road, Leeds, LS5 3HS with regular travel across Leeds.
