Our Employment Advice Service (EAS) has a long established reputation of providing affordable, expert HR advice for all your human resources issues.
Delivered by our Employment Advisor, who is a qualified HR professional, they respond to requests for human resources advice and support through our telephone helpline, email or meeting on site.
We can advise and support a range of issues:
- Managing disciplinary and grievance issues
- Developing policies, procedures and employee contracts of employment
- Developing an appraisal scheme
- Help with carrying out an organisation restructure
- Developing job descriptions and person specifications
- Assisting with recruitment and selection
- HR administration
- Providing HR training for line managers.
Whatever HR issue you need to address – whether it’s a staffing problem that you need to solve, or a question about employee benefits – we can help. And we’re much more affordable than a solicitor.
Packages and pricing structures are available on a pay-as-you-go basis or as part of a contract for on-going assistance. We charge an hourly rate for general support and we tailor charges for bespoke services.
