Leadership mentoring

Our Leadership Mentoring programme is a leadership development opportunity for people working or volunteering in voluntary, community and social enterprise (VCSE) organisations in North Yorkshire (excluding York). We want to support new and emerging leaders to grow and realise their potential, with the aim of strengthening organisations and our communities.

We provide you with an experienced mentor and offer a safe space for reflection, support or planning over a period of six months.

Leadership coaching

Leadership Coaching for any leaders experiencing change or challenges in their North Yorkshire voluntary, community or social enterprise (VCSE) organisation.

Coaching provides a safe, non-judgemental, thinking space in which to work on challenges or opportunities in a focused way with the support of an experienced professional.
