The Humber, Coast and Vale Health and Care Partnership is seeking an enthusiastic and motivated part-time Engagement Manager to join the small dynamic Partnership Office to lead our engagement work with communities in and around the Scarborough area.
Salary: £37,570 to £43,772 pa (pro rata)
Location: flexible within the Humber, Coast and Vale area but with frequent travel to and around Scarborough
Term: Fixed term (until 31st Dec 2020)
Working Pattern: Part-time – 22.5hours/week

As the Scarborough Acute Services Review Engagement Manager, you will be responsible for leading and coordinating the delivery of the Scarborough Acute Services Review Communications and Engagement plan.
The successful candidate will lead teams of colleagues from partner organisations (CCGs, Trusts and Local Authorities) to plan, coordinate and jointly deliver engagement and involvement activities to support the review. This is a role that will involve working directly with local community groups, patients and the public to ensure their voices are heard in relation to changes to local health and care services.
The role will operate as part of the Humber, Coast and Vale Health and Care Partnership team although the main focus of the work will be in the Scarborough area and so frequent travel to and within Scarborough and surrounding areas will be critical.
The successful candidate will be flexible and enthusiastic, possess excellent engagement knowledge and skills, together with an ability to take the initiative, be well organised and have common-sense approach to achieving objectives.
