Our Employment Advice Service (EAS) with qualified HR professionals has a long established reputation. Each year the Service responds to hundreds of requests for advice and support through our telephone helpline, email or meeting on site.
We can advise and support a range of issues:

Developing an appraisal scheme
Help with carrying out an organisation restructure
Developing Job Descriptions and Person Specifications
Assisting with recruitment and selection
Developing policies, procedures and employee contracts of employment
Packages and pricing structures are available on a pay-as-you-go basis or as part of a contract for on-going assistance. We charge an hourly rate for general support and we tailor charges for bespoke services.
