The Finance Manager manages the finance function of Rural Arts, undertaking both day-to-day and strategic duties to contribute to the smooth running of the charity and its subsidiary trading arm. It is a central and vital role, managed by the Director and CEO and without any current line management responsibilities.
We are looking for a skilled candidate who is confident completing both daily and strategic financial tasks, working within a small team and using their own initiative.
Salary: £24,000 per annum, pro-rata
Hours: 15 hours per week. We can be flexible about how this is achieved.
Employment type: Fixed term 12-month contract, with an intention to make permanent
