Transformation role opportunities: Care at Home Workforce Redesign
Humber and North Yorkshire Health and Care Partnership has opened expressions of interest for the following roles:
- Five workstream leads, one for each of: Workforce mapping; Care at Home role design; Engagement and Communications; Digitally enabling Care at Home; Care at Home market development and integration. These roles are not funded. Workstream leads will be part of a small steering group together with the SROs and convenor. Indicative content of workstreams is as set out in the attached role descriptors; we envisage that workstream leads will direct and further develop their workstreams over time, working with colleagues in the group and more widely to build out the proposed activities and additional opportunities.
- Three project leads, one for each of: Care at Home role design; Personal care provider voice; Non-pay reward and recognition strategy. These roles are funded at £12,500 each for indicatively 1 day per week, for 12 months from project start.
Please see the role descriptors for more information about all the roles and information about funding arrangements.
Expressions of interest on the form included with the role descriptors are invited to Carly McIntyre by Wednesday 13 September.
